Dupa ce am intalnit foarte mari dificultati cu eroarea ABS si TC voi mentiona metode de a testa sitemul de franare astfel incat sa fie identificata sursa problemei:

Simple ABS Brake system tests

Here are a few handy tests to check the main components that make up the ABS braking system fitted to the P38.

First step

Remove the pressure in the system by pressing the brake pedal about 30 times.

Step Two

Check the pump & Accumulator

Switch the ignition to position & you will hear the pump start to run.

Time how long it takes before the pump switches off.

( should be no more than 20 seconds. ( Tip- the shorter the time the better the condition of the pump & Accumulator assembly)

If the pump takes more than 20 seconds to stop this would indicate that you have a possible Accumulator problem.

Step Three

When the pump switches off ( pressure has reached its maximum)

With the ignition still switched on to position 2

Press the brake pedal up & down, count how many pumps you get before the pump starts to run again ( should be between 6 & 10 pumps)

If it is less than 4 pumps then you do have an Accumulator problem & the Accumulator should be changed. ( the more pumps you achieve the better the condition of the accumulator)

Step Four

Wheel Sensor

If your ABS Warning light stays on while you are driving you can perform a quick test for the wheel sensors is as follows.

Car in neutral & Handbrake applied ( both manual & automatic transmissions.

Start the car ( making sure you do not touch the brake pedal at any time

Put the car in gear & move off when you reach 4 or 5 miles per hour the warning light should go out & stay out. ( if this happens it means all the wheel sensors are working & reporting wheel rotation to the ECU.)

If the lights stay out while driving you can now test the Brake light switch ( known to CAUSE ABS errors)

Gently press down on the brake pedal ( if safe to do so)

If the ABS light comes on than you have a faulty brake light switch & it should be replaced ( Note Automatic cars & late model manual cars have 2 brake light switches ( one for stop lights & 1 for cruise control, both are linked to the ABS system & can cause ABS Error reports to the ECU).

Step Five

Intermittent ABS Warning light & Traction Control light

If you get the warning lights flash occasionally while driving you should check the following

1) Wheel Sensors are pushed right into the hubs

2) ABS exciter rings are clean & teeth are not blocked or damaged as well as free from oil contamination

3) Wheel bearings. Worn wheel bearings can cause the ABS & Traction Control lights to flash ( particularly when you go over a bump or pothole in the road)

4) Fuses & Relays. The system has 3 fuses & 2 relays that are connected directly to the ABS system. Make sure they are all secure & the contacts are clean.

Hopefully this info will help you to solve some of the issues known to arise on your Range Rover

You should try to perform these tests at least quarterly and note any changes from the previous results. Changes in things like pump running time & number of brake applications before the pump restarts will give you a fair indication of the condition of your system and help you decide whether or not it is time to repair or replace a component before it fails on you at an inconvenient time.

Am gasit problema cu switc-ul de la pedala, cu faptul ca aveam ulei la senzorul ABS spate, mai ramane sa schimb acumulatorul de la booster cu unul nou, daca nici asa, cred ca ma dau batut, au mai ramas rulmentul pe spate ca si posibila problema si coronita care citeste senzorul abs tot pe spate unde a fost problema cu simeringul,prezinta urme de uzura de la pilitura care provenea din diferential spate.

Daca mai are cineva problema asta ABS - TC si are alte idei....

Sa inteleg ca preferi sa te iei dupa un gagiu de pe net si sa verifici/schimbi piese asa la pleszneala cand de fapt chestia e mult mai simpla, se citeste codul de eroare stocat in ABS ECU si ala iti da direct raspunsul eventual coroborat cu date live.... nu voiam sa despic firul in 4 din disertatia citata ca iar par arogant dar ma crezi sau nu uleiul sau mizeria nu are nimic cu un senzor ABS care pur si simplu lucreaza pe inductia electromagnetica a unui inel reluctor care trece pe langa un solenoid... toarna tu un litru de ulei intre doi magneti polarizati invers sau joaca-te cu ei direct intr-o baie de ulei si vezi daca are vreun efect.. apoi mai vorbim... sunt constient ca de fapul ca si eu sunt tot un gagiu de pe net dar diferenta e ca eu nu inventez chestii empirice ci vorbesc doar pe baza de scheme electrice si documente oficiale

 

revenind.... te sfatuiesc insistent sa gasesti pe cineva cu tester dedicat si sa citesti codul de eroare ceea ce te va scapa de multe contorsionisme si elucubratii eventual vei scapa de vreo stare de depresie avansata in care sa te saturi definitiv de LR considerand ca e de KKT, ceea ce nu e.... daca nu gasesti un tester compatibil suna-ma, am numarul la liber pe forum aici https://forum.club4x4.ro/showthread.php?64453-Posesori-de-tester-LR-dispusi-sa-ajute&p=1114315#post1114315 si iti trimit eu un tester prin curier sa-ti faci treaba apoi mi-l trimiti inapoi si te costa doar curieratul.... cu toate ca se pare ca exista un domn Alex si altul Catalin cu nanocom pt P38 in Bucuresti ... acolo-i solutia nu pe net ;).. Bafta

Revin cu ceva intarzieri, am reusit sa pun pe tester nanocom in Bucuresti si au fost erori la valva care controleaza frana spate de la unitatea abs, ideea era ca atunci cand testa crestea foarte mult nivelul de lichid de frana in vas.

Am reusit sa schimb pompa cu pricina insa problema persista. Eroare ABS si TC desi ABS-ul functioneaza perfect l-am incercat si la o franare de la viteza de 80-90 km/h franeaza se simte abs-ul in pedala, e totul ok!

Ce ma sfatuiesti a mai ramas sa schimb calculatorul ABS si acumulatorul de la booster ABS!

Este cumva necesar sa fie sterse erorile ABS si TC si sa fi ramas salvate?

In mod normal, dupa orice interventie, se sterg erorile! Se merge cu masina cativa km si se scaneaza din nou! Daca reapar, sau apar altele, trebuie investigat mai departe!
